Job summary

BMW of Bloomfield Hills, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will perform repairs and maintenance per factory specs and time standards, interacting with Service Advisors to ensure quality and speed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ASE Certification is preferred.
• Experience in a dealership environment is valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance work according to factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through accurate work and clear communication with Service Advisors.
• Utilize shop tools and equipment safely and efficiently to complete tasks.
