Job summary

BMW of Gwinnett Place, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, seeks an experienced Flat Rate Technician to contribute to outstanding customer experiences. You will perform repairs and maintenance per factory and dealership specifications, while ensuring timely, accurate work orders and estimates.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced shop environment. ASE certification is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of dealership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; AA degree preferred.
• Ace certification (ASE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance per factory and dealership specifications.
• Maintain time standards for service requests.
• Communicate technical information to Service Advisors.
