Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ASE Certification is preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
• Provide an excellent customer experience through quality workmanship and communication with Service Advisors.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Use diagnostic tools and reference materials to complete service tasks efficiently.
