Job summary

Penske Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our team in Livonia, MI. You will perform repairs and maintenance per factory and dealership specifications, emphasizing an excellent customer experience and timely service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of dealership experience, strong automotive knowledge, and a commitment to safety and quality. ASE certification is preferred. This is a hands-on role in a busy shop environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Two-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ASE Certification is preferred.
• 3+ years of dealership experience and a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and communicate clearly with Service Advisors.
• Adhere to all manufacturer standards of quality and safety.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in estimates and work orders.
