Job summary

FCI is seeking a lead assembler for producing fixtures, signage, displays and related products. The role emphasizes on-time completion, adherence to safety and quality standards, and potential leadership on challenging assembly projects and on-site installations.

The candidate will read CAD drawings, operate basic tools, mentor teammates, and help resolve production and safety issues as a lead. This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of basic mechanical assembly experience.
• Hands-on experience operating basic hand power tools.
• Familiarity with quality and safety controls on machinery.
• Can read renderings and design fabrications.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing of fixtures, signage, displays and other products to meet safety and quality standards.
• Mentor or guide others on quality, safety or compliance actions and lead on-site installers when needed.
• Ensure packing/shipping procedures are followed and project documentation is complete.
