Job summary

FXI is seeking an assembler to join its manufacturing team. You will assemble, pack and load parts, following customer specifications and work orders on the plant floor. The role requires reading drawings or notes, measuring as needed, and maintaining safety and 5S standards.

The ideal candidate can lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and communicate clearly in English. A high school diploma or equivalent is expected, with a willingness to work flexible shifts at FXI facilities.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, packs, loads, fabricates parts and unloads materials.
• Reads and follows work orders to apply adhesive, assemble and pack parts per customer specs.
• Follows written and verbal instructions for customer specifications.
• Verifies conformance to specs using a tape measure.
• Maintains 5S and safety policies; performs other duties as assigned.
