Madison-Davis, LLC is seeking a Head of Fixed Income Operations & Trade Lifecycle Controls in Hybrid – New York, NY. The role offers a base salary of $175k–$200k plus bonus and requires 10+ years across US Treasuries, Credit, and Repo, with strong vendor management and regulatory experience.

You will lead a seven-person team and an outsourced BPO, acting as primary escalation for fixed income lifecycle events and a key control owner within the SOX framework.

Qualifications

• Senior operations leadership with 10+ years in fixed income operations.
• Deep product knowledge across US Treasuries, Credit, and Repo.
• Strong vendor management, regulatory fluency, and executive presence.

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage, and develop Fixed Income Operations team and oversee outsourced BPO operations.
• Serve as primary escalation point for fixed income lifecycle events (Corporate Actions, Settlements, Fails, Securities Financing).
• Monitor Regulatory Trade Reporting (FINRA TRACE) and ensure adherence to SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC requirements.
• Review daily controls across vendor systems and improve the control framework.
• Collaborate with Front Office to drive operational efficiencies and onboarding of new streams and vendors.
• Maintain SOX internal controls and monitor design effectiveness.
• Assist with internal quarterly reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Uphold high standards of integrity and code of conduct.
