Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in engineering, maintenance or operations in an industrial setting.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willing and able to work extended schedules during critical periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of capital and non-capital projects for mill-wide success.
• Develop project scope, objectives and goals.
• Prepare and manage budgets based on scope and resources.
• Track costs to meet budget and maintain schedule.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines.
• Identify risks and contribute to risk management plans.
• Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance throughout projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and stakeholders.
