Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant accounting experience with fixed assets/capital accounting.
• Hands-on SAP and PowerPlan experience preferred.
• Ability to research and resolve complex accounting and system issues.
• Strong understanding of fixed asset accounting processes and data integrity.
• Experience supporting system conversions, ERP implementations, or data cleanup is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support fixed asset and capital accounting activities within SAP and PowerPlan, including day-to-day transactions and issue resolution.
• Perform and support asset unitization, including review and cleanup of outstanding or aged items.
• Analyze fixed asset and capital accounting data to identify errors and remediation needs.
• Execute cleanup and correction activities within SAP and PowerPlan with Capital Assets team.
• Research and resolve complex accounting and system issues affecting fixed asset records.
• Assist with month-end and other Capital Assets accounting requirements.
• Support ERP readiness and transformation initiatives, including legacy data cleanup.
• Document and reinforce sustainable SAP and PowerPlan processes and controls.
• Share knowledge with Capital Assets team on SAP/PowerPlan transactions and processes.
