Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Analyst IV specializing in Capital Assets/Fixed Assets in Houston, TX.

The role focuses on fixed asset accounting, system data integrity, and process improvements within SAP and PowerPlan to support day-to-day activities and an ERP transformation. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of fixed asset experience and strong SAP/PowerPlan skills, collaborating with internal resources to remediate issues, improve processes, and ensure data

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant accounting experience, with fixed assets emphasis.
• Strong hands-on SAP and PowerPlan experience preferred.
• CPA or other relevant designation is a plus.
• Experience with asset unitization and capital asset lifecycle accounting preferred.
• Experience supporting ERP transformations, data cleanup, or accounting transformation initiatives is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn company-specific processes and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support fixed asset and capital accounting activities within SAP and PowerPlan, including day-to-day transactions and issue resolution.
• Perform and support asset unitization, including review and cleanup of outstanding or aged items.
• Analyze existing fixed asset and capital accounting data to identify errors, inconsistencies, incomplete activity, and remediation needs.
• Execute cleanup and correction activities within SAP and PowerPlan in coordination with the Capital Assets team.
• Research and resolve complex accounting and system issues affecting fixed asset records and related capital accounting processes.
• Assist with recurring Capital Assets activities, including month-end and other accounting requirements.
• Support ERP readiness and transformation initiatives, including cleanup of legacy data and processes in advance of conversion.
• Work with internal SMEs to understand client-specific accounting practices, processes, controls, and system requirements.
• Help document, reinforce sustainable processes, and best practices for SAP and PowerPlan activities.
• Provide support and knowledge sharing to other Capital Assets team members on PowerPlan/SAP processes.
