Job summary

ElderFIT, LLC is seeking a Personal Trainer to work with seniors in the Charlotte area. Train clients in their homes or via video calls, with tailored programs focused on strength, balance, mobility, and daily function.

Responsibilities include assessments, progress tracking, and delivering a professional, compassionate experience while commuting as needed. In-home travel is supported with mileage reimbursement where eligible.

Qualifications

• Hold an active personal trainer certification from an NCCA-approved program or have a related degree.
• Passion for helping seniors live healthier, more independent lives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes.
• CPR/AED certification current and maintained.
• Professional liability insurance coverage for personal training.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, one-on-one personal training sessions in homes or virtually.
• Perform fitness assessments and tailor exercise programs to goals and health history.
• Improve strength, balance, mobility, flexibility, and everyday function.
• Modify exercises for injuries or changing abilities and track progress.
