Qualifications

• Active NCCA-certified PT or kinesiology/related degree.
• Passion for helping seniors stay active and independent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes.
• CPR/AED certification and professional liability insurance.
• Comfort with video-based training if offering virtual sessions.

Responsibilities

• As an ElderFIT Personal Trainer, provide safe, one-on-one sessions for seniors, in-home or via video calls.
• Perform fitness assessments and tailor programs to goals, health history, and abilities.
• Improve strength, balance, mobility, flexibility, and daily activity confidence.
• Modify exercises for injuries or changing abilities and motivate clients.
• Maintain session notes and report progress through the ElderFIT platform.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build trust with clients and families.
