Job summary

ElderFIT, LLC is seeking an experienced Personal Trainer to deliver in-home and virtual training for seniors in Orlando and surrounding communities. You will design personalized exercise programs focused on strength, balance, mobility, and function, helping older adults stay active and independent.

Travel to clients' homes within the Orlando area, maintain client notes, and provide a professional, engaging experience through video or in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• Active personal trainer certification from an NCCA-approved program.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in kinesiology, exercise science, or physical therapy.
• CPR/AED certification maintained.
• Active professional liability insurance that covers personal training.
• Willing to travel to clients' homes within the Orlando area for in-home training.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, one-on-one training sessions in clients' homes or virtually.
• Perform fitness assessments and develop individualized programs.
• Improve strength, balance, mobility, flexibility, and daily activity performance.
• Modify exercises for injuries or changing abilities.
• Motivate clients and promote long-term healthy habits.
• Maintain session notes and update progress in ElderFIT platform.
• Deliver professional, dependable, and high-quality customer service.
