Job summary

NVIDIA Networking product security team is looking for an outstanding technical security architect with hands-on experience to improve the security posture of NVIDIA networking products. You will partner with firmware, hardware, and architecture teams on the security architecture to reduce risk, threats, and vulnerabilities while driving new security features for devices worldwide.

Your work spans secure boot, trust boundaries, policy models, and secure update flows, with guidance to engineering

Qualifications

• Academic degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years in product security, firmware security, or security research with hands-on embedded work.
• Experience defining security policy models — authorization schemes, RBAC in production.
• Familiarity with applied cryptography (secure boot, code signing, attestation) and threat modeling.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a constantly evolving environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be involved in security architecture of NVIDIA Networking firmware — trust boundaries and secure boot.
• Perform threat modeling of firmware and embedded subsystems across NVIDIA Networking products.
• Analyze firmware/hardware interactions to identify weaknesses in boot flows and privileged environments.
• Define security features across provisioning, attestation, runtime hardening, and updates.
• Guide engineering teams throughout implementation and review designs against security requirements.
• Partner with hardware/ASIC architects to specify security primitives and usage across products.
• Drive secure development practices for firmware — memory-safe coding, static analysis, fuzzing.
