Responsibilities

• Design and implement firmware algorithms for power/thermal control on ML acceleration hardware.
• Develop real-time control policies balancing power, thermal, and performance.
• Create optimization methods for resource allocation, frequency/voltage scaling, and scheduling.
• Implement on-device tracing and telemetry collection for algorithm validation.
• Build tools and pipelines for data collection, analysis, and visualization of behavior.
• Collaborate with hardware architects to identify instrumentation points.
• Develop automated tests and hardware validation workflows.
• Own firmware quality through testing and debugging on hardware.
