Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship software development experience.
• 2+ years of design/architecture experience for new and existing systems.
• Experience in embedded development in C/C++.
• Knowledge of SDLC and best practices for software development.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop firmware for AWS servers powering millions of customer workloads.
• Lead the full development lifecycle from concept through production deployment.
• Architect firmware deployment strategies minimizing customer impact while ensuring security and reliability.
• Collaborate with hardware, validation, and software services teams to optimize function and performance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend integration into the firmware stack.
• Drive security, reliability, and operational excellence in AWS infrastructure.
• Tailor firmware for the AWS environment and operational workflows.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to process improvements in development tools and practices.
