Job summary

SGS Consulting seeks an experienced firmware engineer to develop embedded software for display pipelines and hardware accelerators. You will work with STM32 ARM cores, implement USB interfaces, and create PC-side test apps to showcase firmware capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Firmware / Embedded Software Development in C/C++.
• 2+ years experience developing firmware with multi-core SoCs or MCUs.
• Experience with FreeRTOS or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop firmware to integrate display pipelines with off the shelf displays.
• Develop firmware to interface with hardware acceleration blocks, including embedded DSPs.
• Develop PC-based test applications to demonstrate firmware functionality.
• Test the developed firmware with the hardware.
• Document designs and performance analysis.
