Job summary

Tsavorite Scalable Intelligence is seeking an experienced Firmware Engineer to design and own the supervisor software for the embedded control cores in our AI accelerator SoCs. The role requires strong C/C++ skills, deep knowledge of configurable-core processor architectures, and low-level firmware development with expertise in RTOS or bare-metal environments.

You will own boot, power, and clock management, inter-core communication, and runtime supervision of AI compute engines.

Qualifications

BS/MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field (MS preferred).
7 to 15 years of work experience.
Experience with embedded/firmware development, RTOS or bare-metal for configurable cores.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement supervisor-level firmware for AI accelerator embedded cores.
Own boot sequencing, initialization, and steady-state operation.
Design privileged supervisor firmware for up/down scheduling, monitoring, and recovery of compute engines.
Define inter-core communication paths between supervisor firmware, CPU cores and chiplet subsystems.
Bring-up support on emulation/simulation platforms and silicon, debugging from bring-up to production.
Develop firmware diagnostics, logging, and telemetry hooks for health monitoring.
