Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in fire systems or emergency response roles.
- Ability to lift, climb ladders, work at heights, and work in confined spaces.
- Must pass SCBA fit testing and firefighter physical clearance.
- Proficient in interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and sequences of operations.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and fire protection practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced inspections, testing, maintenance, repairs, and system diagnostics on fire alarm, suppression, and life‑safety systems.
- Provide technical oversight of contractor activities related to fire protection systems.
- Lead complex diagnostics and system restoration efforts for high‑impact failures.
- Coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction and internal teams during inspections and testing.
- Review contractor documentation for technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
