Job summary

Allied Fire Protection is seeking a Sprinkler Interior Project Manager to lead remodel TI sprinkler installations in commercial and industrial facilities. You will develop project plans, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain safety, quality, and profitability throughout the lifecycle.

You will liaise with customers, coordinate with superintendents and designers, and ensure adherence to NFPA standards and company procedures. Strong communication and multi-tasking are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Five years fire sprinkler TI interior projects related project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and understand complex building architectural, mechanical and electrical documents.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage fire sprinkler TI interior installation projects in commercial and industrial facilities.
• Oversee and communicate project progression to stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, budgets and schedules.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity and profitability requirements are met.
• Coordinate with AHJ requirements and internal procedures.
• Track expenditures and installation progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Provide timely, professional support and follow-up to customers and team members.
