Job summary

CertaSite LLC is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician Level II to perform inspection, testing, service and repair of fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA 25. This fast-paced role requires precise documentation and strong customer communication.

You will travel to sites, work with pumps and components, ensure safety standards, and identify opportunities for additional services. Ideal candidates have 2+ years' experience and NICET II certification and hold a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with water-based fire protection systems layout.
• NICET II certification in water-based systems (preferred) or equivalent.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test fire sprinkler systems per NFPA 25.
• Troubleshoot and service sprinkler systems including pumps.
• Document inspections, repairs and recommendations.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and coordinate follow-up with staff.
• Keep vehicle clean and stocked with parts and tools.
• Follow safety program and perform on-site/off-site troubleshooting as needed.
• Test backflow prevention devices per NFPA 25 and local codes.
• Discuss deficiencies with customers and explain resolutions.
• Be available for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Work at heights or in confined spaces.
