Qualifications

• Entry-level role; basic understanding of fire sprinkler or plumbing systems.
• Ability to calculate basic math including fractions, decimals and percentages.
• Must understand and operate basic computer functions and common software; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and testing of fire sprinkler systems at required NFPA 25 frequencies.
• Troubleshoot and service sprinkler systems and related components.
• Document inspections, repairs, and recommendations; maintain accurate records.
• Maintain customer relations and communicate needs for follow-up or quotes.
