Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Lead Foreman for our Fire Sprinkler Service team in Mobile, Alabama. You will supervise crews in commercial, federal, and industrial projects, while remaining hands-on to resolve field challenges and mentor junior staff.

You will ensure safety and NFPA compliance, coordinate activities, and communicate with customers. The role requires extensive field experience and a proven leadership track record.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial fire sprinkler pipe inspection and troubleshooting experience (wet/dry/pre-action/deluge) with NFPA 13 knowledge.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand sprinkler layouts.
• Strong NFPA 13 understanding—head placement and spacing.
• Proven leadership managing crews and projects; training apprentices/journeymen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sprinkler service projects as a working superintendent.
• Mentor apprentices and journeymen; provide field guidance on installations.
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities; ensure safety, quality, and NFPA compliance.
