Job summary

Impact Fire Services, LLC in Mobile, Alabama, is seeking a skilled installer/service professional for complete fire protection systems projects across industrial and commercial settings. You will read NFPA codes, perform hydraulic calculations, and prepare material lists for new and existing systems.

Qualifications

General mechanical knowledge.
Experience in fire sprinkler/protection installation, service or design.
NICET certification preferred but not required.
Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

Follow procedures to install, diagnose, and repair fire protection equipment.
Interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, programs and operational product manuals.
Exhibit effective customer service skills, consistently communicating with the district staff and customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding and obtain customer signatures.
Participate in a scheduled on‑call rotation, travel or work weekends, as necessary.
