Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years fire sprinkler installation experience
• Knowledge of NFPA standards and local codes
• Reading blueprints and redline drawings
• Experience with wet/dry sprinkler systems
• Strong communication and customer service
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license
• OSHA 30 training (or must obtain within 30 days)

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of sprinkler piping, valves, and pumps on commercial/industrial projects
• Install hangers, sprinklers, and ensure alignment with design specs
• Perform hydrostatic tests and system checks to verify readiness
• Interpret drawings, specs, and NFPA codes for compliant installations
• Guide field crews with safety and quality standards
• Support AHJ inspections and system approvals
• Mentor junior technicians to grow field capabilities
