Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced Senior Fire Sprinkler Estimator / Preconstruction Manager for Manassas Park, VA. You will own estimating, bidding, and preconstruction activities, leading to competitive, profitable proposals through close collaboration with engineering, project management, and field teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in estimating fire sprinkler systems, strong NFPA knowledge, and proficiency in CAD tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in estimating fire sprinkler systems.
• Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings.
• Experience with material and labor takeoffs.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 13 and applicable fire protection codes.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and specifications for fire sprinkler systems.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs.
• Develop material and labor estimates.
• Prepare competitive and accurate proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering and project management teams.
• Identify scope exclusions, clarifications, and risks.
• Track bid status and follow up with customers.
