Responsabilidades

• Oversees fire and life safety inspection programs.
• Ensures identified deficiencies are documented, prioritized, assigned, and resolved.
• Reviews inspection data and develops corrective action strategies.
• Oversees inspection, testing, maintenance, and compliance of fire protection systems.
• Directs fire drill and evacuation exercise programs and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Leads or coordinates reviews of fire and life safety incidents and trends.
• Develops contracts related to fire alarm, suppression, doors, extinguishers and related services.
