Western States Fire Protection Co. in Lake Oswego, OR, seeks a Project Manager to lead fire protection construction projects from conception through completion.

You will manage scheduling, budgeting, quality control and deliveries, coordinating with General Contractors, Owners and Sub-Contractors to meet safety and code requirements. The ideal candidate has a Construction Management/Engineering degree and 5+ years in construction management, fire sprinkler design/PM, strong communication, and

Qualifications

• Construction Management/Engineering or similar degree.
• 5+ years of Construction Management experience and/or experience in Fire Sprinkler Design/Engineering/Project Management.
• Thorough understanding of project management methodologies and phases.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test, background and reference check.
• Valid Driver’s License with ability to drive to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project requirements with General Contractor/Owner/Sub Contractors.
• Review and manage construction contract documents and schedules.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and profitability requirements are met.
• Forecast manpower and monitor project billings for cash flow.
• Oversee work of subcontractors and ensure codes and AHJ requirements.
• Attend and/ or lead coordination meetings with GC/Owner/Sub-Contractors.
