Responsibilities

• Perform engineering calculations and design systems per established standards.
• Apply practical knowledge to resolve project-related problems.
• Supervise subordinate personnel if needed.
• Ensure compliance with discipline-specific codes.
• Meet with project teams to discuss design scope and issues.
• Manage design budgets and schedules.
• Provide leadership to design teams.
• Conduct quality assurance on projects.
• Mentor and motivate engineering designers.
