Qualifications

• Direct fire protection consulting experience required.
• Strong client relationship development skills.
• Leadership and project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a fire protection consulting practice across New England.
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate fire protection, life safety, and code consulting opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership on fire protection projects.
• Support clients with fire protection systems, life safety, and risk challenges.
• Develop proposals, scopes, and client presentations.
• Attend industry conferences and client meetings.
• Help shape regional growth strategy.
• Recruit and develop fire protection engineers as the practice expands.
• Help establish the future New England office.
