SeedScaler is seeking a Lead Fintech Engineer to drive backend architecture for a consumer finance product enabling international use with a stablecoin wallet. You will shape engineering standards, oversee secure, scalable systems handling real money at scale across global rails.

The role emphasizes ownership, architecture, and hands-on delivery in a senior, high-ownership leadership capacity for payments and fintech infra.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years building fintech production software.
• Experience designing APIs and building reliable, secure systems.
• Strong backend fundamentals with Postgres, Redis, AWS.
• Experience with ledgering, payments processing, stablecoin infrastructure, or risk/fraud.
• Full-stack capability and willingness to flex across the stack.

Aufgaben

• Lead backend engineering for a consumer-facing financial platform.
• Define engineering standards and best practices across testing, observability, security, and deployment.
• Build and scale systems across ledgering, payment rails, wallets, and banking integrations.
• Integrate third-party providers for authentication, KYC and KYB, ledger, banking services, and crypto wallet infra.
• Identify performance or isolation needs and break services out of the monolith when warranted.
• Power REST APIs for iOS, Android, and web frontends.
