Job summary

Fintech Core is seeking a System Analyst to define architecture, specifications, and integration designs for its white-label fintech platform. You will translate business requirements into robust technical designs supporting payments, cards, wallets, and multi-party integrations.

You will work across teams to ensure compliance, security, and scalable deployment of modular microservices, with exposure to cross-border payments and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as System Analyst in fintech or banking environments.
• Experience with microservices, API design, and distributed systems.
• Proficient in creating technical documentation: system design docs, data flows, ER diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document requirements for platform modules including payments, card issuance, digital wallets, accounts, ledger management, and compliance systems.
• Translate business requirements into API contracts, database schemas, and integration architectures.
• Design data models and data flows for transactional and financial systems with appropriate normalization and performance considerations.
• Define integration patterns and specifications for connecting with payment processors, KYC/AML providers, card issuers, and open banking platforms.
• Document system behaviors using sequence diagrams, deployment architectures, and API specifications (OpenAPI/Swagger).
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure designs align with microservices patterns, scalability, and best practices.
