Job summary

Meyandy LLC is seeking a mid/senior Business Analyst to join a remotely-first team focused on fintech software solutions in Germany. You will bridge business needs and technical execution, translating complex requirements into scalable product solutions across cross-functional and external partner collaborations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or in a similar product-focused role.
• Experience working in B2B and/or B2C software environments, preferably fintech or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business analysis to support development and enhancement of digital products and fintech solutions.
• Gather, analyze, prioritize, and document business and product requirements from stakeholders, clients, and focus groups.
• Develop user stories, use cases, functional specifications, process flows, and technical documentation.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Collaborate with development, product, sales, operations, and engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Support third-party API and SDK integrations by coordinating with technical teams.
• Participate in solution testing, troubleshooting, product launches, and post-deployment monitoring.
• Prepare integration guides, user manuals, training materials, and knowledge-sharing documentation while delivering product demonstrations.
