Payactiv, Inc. in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape fintech products that help workers access earned wages. You will lead from concept to launch, collaborating with design, engineering, compliance, and GTM teams to deliver impactful solutions.

The role emphasizes customer advocacy, data-driven prioritization, and navigating regulatory considerations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, lending, or financial services.
• Care deeply about building user-centered financial wellness products.
• Use data to make better decisions—but know when judgment and customer insight matter too.
• Know how to keep Agile, cross-functional product teams moving forward.
• Look for the win-win by balancing user goals and business goals.
• Communicate clearly, manage stakeholders well, and influence at every level.
• Are comfortable going deep with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, data flows, and mobile products.
• Understand fintech products, compliance, and the U.S. regulatory landscape.
• Are curious about emerging fintech technologies, including stablecoin and AI.
• Experience with Earned Wage Access and/or payroll integrations.
• Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Academic background in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Genuine passion for financial inclusion and products with a positive social impact.

Responsabilités

• Represent the voice of the customer through user research, product data, and direct feedback.
• Set product strategy, define the roadmap, and make thoughtful priority decisions.
• Lead products from early ideas through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Bring design, engineering, compliance, and go-to-market teams together to deliver seamless and impactful solutions.
• Translate user needs into product requirements and keep teams aligned around what matters.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Information Security to balance regulatory requirements and user experience.
• Explore emerging fintech trends, AI/ML-driven personalization, and other technologies that can make our products better.
• Define success, track KPIs, and use learnings to improve performance, engagement, and adoption.
