Job summary

Trilogy Federal is seeking a Project Manager/Senior Financial System Analyst with in-depth federal financial management experience in Momentum Financials. The role supports VA priorities, leads an 8–10 person team, and coordinates with the VA client and partner firms for successful data conversion and reporting.

The position offers hybrid work in Arlington, VA or full-time remote options, with responsibilities spanning data migration, GL analysis, and GTAS/DATA Act reporting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent with 12 years in the industry, eight related to the required area.
• Experience with federal financial management and Momentum Financials.
• Knowledge of USSGL, OMB Circulars, GTAS, DATA Act, SF 133 and GAAP.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance and lead a team of 8–10 professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 8–10 person team across multiple tracks on a large system implementation.
• Provide technical and functional support for data transition activities and data conversion.
• Document legacy and feeder systems, data flows, and GL posting logic for USSGL alignment.
• Formulate target state requirements from stakeholder input and brief leadership.
• Use Agile tools to track requirements, defects, and team workload.
• Validate post-conversion financial data and support GAAP/govt reporting.
• Coordinate mock and go-live conversions and ensure data accuracy for future-state processes.
