Job summary

Trilogy Federal is seeking a Project Manager/Senior Financial System Analyst to lead a multi-team effort on a federal financial system implementation using Momentum Financials. You will work directly with the VA client and partner firms, guiding a team of 8–10 professionals in a fast-paced environment.

The role supports data transition, conversion validation, and GAAP/USSGL-compliant reporting, with hybrid or remote work options for Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent with 12+ years in the industry, eight related to the role.
• Experience with Momentum Financials in a cloud-based environment.
• Knowledge of USSGL, GAAP, GTAS, DATA Act, and related federal financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8-10 professionals across multiple teams on a complex system implementation.
• Provide data transition and conversion support for legacy to web-based financial systems.
• Analyze legacy systems and document data flows, GL logic, and conversion requirements.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and brief leadership on conversion results.
• Perform mock and go-live validation of converted data and reports.
