Job summary

Cubic Corporation in San Diego is seeking a technical expert to lead and scalable enterprise projects. You will diagnose and troubleshoot ERP/financial system issues, deploy CRM/FO and EFT applications, and guide cross-functional teams to meet budget and schedule.

Responsibilities include configuring back-office systems, supporting customers, and coordinating with internal stakeholders using Confluence, SharePoint, and Jira. A four-year degree and 5+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

Four-year college degree in software or related technical discipline, plus five years of related experience.
Experience in creating, analyzing, documenting, and testing system and subsystem designs.
Must have installed and moved into Production Financial and ERP systems. Mental ability to perform engineering problem-solving and analytical tasks.
Must be able to work under project deadlines and support the Program Manager in schedules and budgets.
Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills and communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
Must have leadership experience building and guiding teams.

Responsibilities

Install and configure complex server applications: CRM, FO, and EFT payment applications.
Set up accounting systems using GAP Principles.
Understand general ledger design and structure.
Experience in Electronic Fund Transfers with Banking intuitions.
Experience with Point-of-Sale Systems.
Deliver engineering solutions that meet budget, schedule, and scope.
