Reece USA is hiring a Senior Financial & Data Analyst in Addison, TX. The role oversees Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and Oracle interfaces, providing system administration, reporting, and data integrity across multiple entities.

You will partner with FP&A, Accounting, and AP to streamline reporting, write reports, and train end users. A 5+ year background in financial systems is required, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or IS and strong analytical skills.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in financial systems support or finance operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in a multi-entity, international environment is a plus.

• Serve as the primary support resource for finance-related questions in Workday, including unit setup and hierarchy maintenance.
• Monitor and respond to service requests via platforms like ServiceNow.
• Update and maintain financial mappings across systems to ensure alignment.
