Reece USA in Dallas, TX seeks a senior Financial Systems Specialist to oversee and support our Workday Financials, Adaptive Insights, and Oracle platforms. You will ensure data integrity, configure business units and mappings, and partner with FP&A to enable accurate forecasting and budgeting.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in multi-entity finance operations, strong analytical skills, and hands-on Workday experience.
Competenze
- 5+ years of experience in financial systems support or finance operations.
- Hands-on Workday Financials experience; Adaptive Insights a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
Mansioni
- Serve as the primary finance system support resource for Workday and related platforms.
- Update and maintain financial mappings across systems for alignment.
- Assist with Adaptive Insights and Workday structures for forecasting and budgeting.
- Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting across systems.
- Provide end-user training and develop system documentation.
