Job summary

eFLEXervices, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to consolidate budgets, drive forecasting, and deliver insightful reporting. You’ll specialize in Workday Adaptive Planning and OfficeConnect to automate financial reports and streamline budgeting processes.

You will partner with multiple departments, analyze trends, and support strategic decisions while ensuring adherence to GAAP and internal controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Finance working experience.
• Proven hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong proficiency with Workday Adaptive Planning OfficeConnect (building and troubleshooting automated reports).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in a high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced MS Excel and working knowledge of other MS Office programs.
• Self-starter with analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate budgets with cross-department collaboration and maintain detailed budget models using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Prepare variance reports and support 5-year forecasting for credit analysis.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to guide long-term planning.
• Monitor KPIs and report insights to inform business strategy.
• Own implementation and optimization of Workday Adaptive Planning and OfficeConnect across finance.
• Design and maintain automated financial reports, statements, and board presentations.
• Conduct variance analyses and reconcile revenue reporting for acquisitions and production.
• Support A/P & D/B with surveys and ensure internal controls and GAAP compliance.
• Identify process improvements and automate manual workflows with IT collaboration.
