Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience working with or supporting financial operations in an enterprise system environment.
• Credentials must be obtained prior to the employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve complex problems, develop training materials and job aids, and produce reports and data extracts to support Financial Services operations and special projects.
• Collaborate with campus functional leads and NSHE Business Analysts to improve business processes through problem resolution, system configuration, and testing.
• Support Workday Finance processes, administer financial security roles, assist campus users, and develop training materials in partnership with subject matter experts.
• Translate business requirements, policies, and data governance standards into system workflows and improvements, including testing, data validation, and ticketing processes.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and performance metrics to support management decisions, monthly reporting, audits, and ad hoc requests.
