Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of information technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/BA or related field; equivalency accepted.
• 2 years of business analysis or requirements gathering experience.
• Experience eliciting and managing business requirements.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Experience working in project teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day accounting operations and prepare for system transitions.
• Provide implementation and operational support for financial processes.
• Conduct trial balance monitoring and reconciliation between FLAIR and Florida PALM.
• Review batch uploads and support reconciliation and reporting.
• Prepare regular financial reports and support audits.
• Assist in revenue and cash-related entries and statements.
• Organize meetings and track action items.
• Maintain documentation and support onboarding.
• Monitor compliance with guidelines.
• Support system enhancements like CODA.
• Monitor mailboxes and ensure timely responses.
• Prepare reconciliation, operational, workload, and status reports.
