Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper seeks a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to support consolidations and close processes across multiple entities. You will partner with IT, Finance, and Controllership to design reports, automate workflows, and ensure accurate data feeds into consolidated statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial systems, or information technology, including hands-on experience supporting financial close and consolidation processes.
• Working knowledge of consolidation accounting concepts, including multi-entity consolidations, intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, ownership structures, and consolidated financial reporting.
• Experience supporting a consolidation or enterprise performance management platform (e.g., Tagetik, SAP Group Reporting, SAP BPC, OneStream, Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, Oracle EPM).
• Proficiency with SAP/Oracle/NetSuite; experience with data modeling; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy; SQL queries.
• Experience with low-code/no-code and automation tools (Alteryx, Quickbase, Power Platform).
• Strong communication to explain accounting/technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across Finance, Accounting, IT, and vendors.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance systems for monthly, quarterly, and year-end consolidations and close activities.
• Provide technical and functional support for financial software, including issue diagnosis, error resolution, and performance optimization.
• Partner with IT and business teams to ensure integration with other applications and downstream reporting.
• Translate consolidation requirements into scalable system configurations, rules, workflows, and controls.
• Support intercompany eliminations, currency translation, ownership changes, and consolidated reporting.
• Monitor data loads, validation rules, close status, and exceptions; investigate variances.
• Reconcile consolidated results to source ledgers and outputs; ensure data accuracy.
• Govern master data and metadata for entities, accounts, currencies, and consolidation hierarchies.
• Develop and execute test plans for consolidation system implementations and upgrades.
• Create close calendars, procedures, and control documentation aligned with internal controls and audits.
• Drive standardization and automation of consolidation and reporting; reduce manual entries.
• Provide training and ongoing support to Accounting and Finance users.
