Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or business-related field.
• 5–7 years of accounting or business experience.
• Experience with legal finance systems is a plus (Aderant Enterprise advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and document appropriately.
• Collaborate with developers to implement the requirements and guide testers during QA.
• Lead or participate in multiple projects, manage scope, schedules, and milestones.
• Provide support to business users after process or system changes.
