Overview

We are seeking a Financial Analyst, Financial Systems with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. The person in this position is involved in support and maintenance of the company's financial and BI systems and analysis of the financial results and budgets with a focus on Sales reporting.

What You Will Do

• Maintain components of the Sales module within the BI ecosystem (primarily Vena Solutions) enabling analysis of Gross Profit, product segmentation, FX impact and other key performance metrics.
• Assist with month-end close process, including FX verification, reconciliation of results across various systems, and correcting variances.
• Design, develop, and optimize reports, including automated daily and weekly sales reports, and ad-hoc reports requested by management.
• Maintain mappings between ERP systems and Vena to ensure accurate sales assignments and product categorization.
• Support user access management for BI tools.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, including updating and preparing input templates for contributors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FP&A, Sales, IT, Finance) to improve reporting processes.
• Reconcile BI data to ERP systems and other reporting systems (Power BI, SQL databases).
• Support integration of newly acquired companies into the BI system.
• Train and support end-users on BI tools providing guidance on best practices.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies, system errors and data load issues, and resolve them in collaboration with IT.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Perform additional assignments as needed.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an analyst, ideally in a multinational and multi-currency environment.
• Experience with Sales modules in ERP or Financial planning / BI systems.
• Experience with ETL queries and data flows.
• Advanced Excel skills, Power Query is a plus.
• Experience with Vena Solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
