Overview

A growing multi-location hospitality group is seeking a hands-on Financial Analyst with strong Vena Solutions experience to support their FP&A and reporting functions during a critical budgeting and forecasting cycle. This role will work closely with the acting CFO and play a key role in finalizing reporting structures, improving workflows, and assisting with financial planning processes.

Employment details

• Type: Contract (4–6 months, with potential to convert to permanent)
• Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and optimization of Vena Solutions, including configuration of cubes, workflows, and reporting books.
• Assist in the 2026 budget and forecast cycle setup and execution.
• Consolidate financial data from the ERP system for reporting purposes.
• Build and enhance financial reports for field finance and executive teams.
• Train field staff and team members on Vena processes and reporting tools.
• Support ongoing report distribution and process improvements.
• Contribute to restaurant-level reporting rollout across 30+ locations.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Vena Solutions – ideally someone who has helped implement or optimize Vena in a finance function.
• Solid FP&A and budgeting/forecasting experience.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a lean team environment.
• Hands-on and process-driven approach – willing to build, iterate, and improve.
• Financial acumen and comfort working across both finance and accounting functions.
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant industries is a plus, but not required.

Team & Reporting Structure

• Reports directly to the Acting CFO.
• Works alongside a Field Finance Analyst.
• No existing finance support team beyond current leadership.
• Opportunity to train and onboard a new analyst joining in November.
