Job Overview

Relativity is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to manage and enhance our internal applications within the CFO organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with administering and configuring Workday Financials, along with a strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and develop innovative solutions.

The role reports to the Director of Financial Systems. While candidates based in the Chicago area are preferred, remote applicants will also be considered.

Job Description and Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage standard Workday administrator tasks such as building reports and dashboards, configuring business processes, enabling integrations, maintaining setup data, assessing and adopting new features, and regression testing releases.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to support and transform business processes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and manage the impact of new programs from design through post-deployment support.
• Ensure data integrity across all system integrations and workflows.
• Provide service-oriented support with strong interpersonal skills, always considering user experience (UX).
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architectural and functional designs, business requirements, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
• Manage system controls related to reporting, audits, and compliance objectives.
• Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions.
• Demonstrate commitment to company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing ERP systems and financial applications, preferably Workday Financials.
• Experience configuring complex requirements and leading optimization projects, including workflows, integrations, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, especially revenue recognition.

Relativity offers competitive, fair, and equitable compensation, including base salary, annual performance bonuses, and long-term incentives.

The salary range for this role is between $88,000 and $132,000, with the final offer based on experience, skills, and internal pay equity. Typically, hiring will not be at the top of this range to allow for future salary growth.
