Job summary

Synovus is seeking a Financial Specialist - Floating to deliver distinctive service across Pinnacle offices. You will be the single touchpoint for clients, handle deposits, withdrawals, payments and account inquiries, and promote products to deepen relationships.

The role requires strong client interaction, knowledge of banking regulations, and the ability to open new accounts, process paperwork, and support Office Leader. Relevant financial services experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in financial services.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; College degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients in person and by phone.
• Open new accounts and process related paperwork.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, payments and balance inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, Reg CC and applicable laws.
• Support office leadership and promote products to deepen relationships.
