You will assist clients with transactions, open accounts, and support cross-service opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services.
• Proficient in banking regulations and compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients in person and by phone, resolve issues, and greet clients entering the office.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, balance inquiries, and new account openings following policy.
• Support sales relationships and refer clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, or Treasury when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and Firm policies; monitor reports for operational excellence.
