Job summary

Daloopa is transforming how investment professionals work from New York City. As Solutions Engineer, you will back the GTM team, translating data and workflow needs from equity research, investment banking, and portfolio management into tailored technical solutions.

You will lead discovery, deliver product demos, and coordinate with infosec, data, and engineering teams to prove integrations and help close deals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in financial modeling from an Equity Research or Buyside perspective.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Experience creating and optimizing LLM workflows to improve efficiency for buy-side and sell-side clients.
• Experience working with APIs is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with Account Executives on customer proposals.

Responsibilities

• Provide product demonstrations and tell value stories to customers during trials.
• Ensure product trials meet success criteria with prospects.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and drive improvements.
• Work with Product and Customer Success to analyze adoption patterns across customer personas.
• Identify technologies to convey customer value faster and accelerate deal velocity.
